Never offer or take bribes. Never seek private gain through power.
Never live on the enterprise while helping others secretly. Never ask for briberies.

VI. Resolutely ensure work safety
Work safety is a matter of life and death. Make unremitting efforts to ensure work safety. Zero tolerance of safety hazards and one-vote veto of safety accidents.
VII. Strictly observe discipline
Resolutely uphold decisions and command authority of the Board of Directors and Board Chair. There is no room for cliques and factions within the company. Unswervingly implement the requesting and reporting system for major issues and avoid omission and concealment of reporting. Resolutely implement relevant systems. Cadres should set a good example, and shall not take advantage of loopholes or hit the edge ball.
VIII. Dare to criticize others and themselves
Be modest and open to take advice of other personnel; regarding criticism by leaders, correct mistakes if you have made any and guard against them if you have not; regarding criticism by colleagues, follow good advice sincerely. Conduct self-criticism frequently and reflect on oneself three times a day.
